Recalls & Product Safety News
At Friedman's customer safety and satisfaction is our first priority. We will post product recalls from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). You may also visit the CPSC web site at www.cpsc.gov. Recall information is based on press releases involving products sold through Friedman's. Consumers should stop using recalled products immediately.

You may also visit the web site www.recalls.gov to link to the home pages of regulatory agencies responsible for product recalls. Here you will also find additional safety information and may sign-up for e-mail alerts on recalled products.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Credit for returned merchandise will be made in the same manner as payment taken for the original purchase. (e.g., charge card credit for charge card payment)

Merchandise returned without receipt will receive “in store credit” only, and will require California photo I.D., phone number, incur a 10% restock fee, and manager approval.

Cash refunds are subject to cash availability and may not exceed $800.00. Refunds in excess of $800.00 will be issued by check.

If original payment was made by check, there will be a waiting period of up to fifteen (15) business days for issuance of refund.

Merchandise required by the manufacturer to be returned to a service center, will not be accepted for return.

Yard merchandise must be returned to the yard prior to processing.

In general, special order, custom milled, cut, keyed, mixed products, or merchandise sold “AS IS” or “NO RETURN”, will not be accepted for return.

Where permitted by the supplier, special order merchandise accepted for return will incur a minimum 20% restocking fee.
